Our return and refund process for domestic and international Oud Legacy orders.

At Oud Legacy, we are committed to delivering quality, not just in our fragrances but in your entire experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process under the terms outlined below.
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Return Eligibility
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Please do not return any items without receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.
Return Charges
Oud Legacy offers free return shipping on all eligible domestic returns. Our designated courier partner will collect the item from your address at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone. Wait for a confirmation email with return instructions. Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and packed with the original invoice inside. Hand over the parcel to our courier partner. Returns will not be accepted beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, refunds for online payments will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT) after we collect your account details.
International Orders
At this time, Oud Legacy does not offer returns or refunds for international orders, except under the following exceptional cases: a defective product verified by our Quality Assurance team, which qualifies for a full refund with no return shipping charges deducted; or a delivery failure due to unavailability despite repeated delivery attempts, which may qualify for a partial refund with applicable shipping, customs, and logistics charges deducted.
